About Aggritor 5mg Infusion
Tirofiban is an antiplatelet medication. It works by preventing the platelets from sticking together, thereby decreasing the formation of harmful blood clots. This lowers the chance of heart attack or stroke.

Tirofiban is used to prevent Heart attack. It helps assist the blood flow to your heart and prevent chest pain and heart attack.

Safety Advice
BREAST FEEDING
Tirofiban should be used with caution during breastfeeding. Breastfeeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from her body.
LIVER
Tirofiban should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Tirofiban may be needed.
KIDNEY
Tirofiban should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Tirofiban may be needed.
